Oil sensor was unplugged

I just found out my oil sensor was unplugged and
my oil light was on. my car was idle high even after
warm up

I don't know if one had anything to do with the other? With high idle, clean the throttle body, check and clean iac. One thing you can do with high idle, block off mouth of throttle body, it should kill the engine, if no effect or very little on your idle, you got false air getting in there from somewhere. Just my opinion.
