no power to resistor or to blower motor. Replaced relay-what now

heater blower inop. checked fuse-ok. replaced relay-can jump motor and make motor run. no power to resistor or fan motor

Looking at the schematic, you may have blown the fusible link (Red wire) that provides the 12v to the blower fan. In this case you wouldn't have the 12vdc necessary to power the fan even if the relay is ok. I circled the area that you may want to trouble shoot. There is a brown that feeds the heater/AC controls that comes from the fuse block, this should be tested to see if you have voltage from the fuse block as well.
