i have a 91 stealth rt tt and when i start it the rpms dont go past 300 rpms and then i press the gas and hear the turbos spool but the rpms only go to 1500 rpm and they dont want to go any higher

sorta sounds like a TPS (throttle position sensor)

it was workin fine and then i change the air filter and it start it doing that

maf sensor in air duct unplugged or fail, clogged air filter, recheck your filterwork

i did and i even change the maf sensor but still keeps doing it

bet that you didn't get the MAF plugged back in

i did i even unplug it and the car turn off

hmm and your saying that you put a new MAF in a and still the same thing ?

do you have a Check engine light on ?

i didn't realize that your car is a TT,, have you checked for boost leaks ?

ya new maf and still doing the same thing. no check engine light. and i check for boost leaks too

I change the tps and it still does the same thing so tomoriw ill install a new fuel filter and ill change the iac too
