Hybrid battery fan replacement

Asked by LinzNicole Sep 14, 2020 at 06:53 PM about the 2013 Toyota Prius c Two

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Prius C (2) needs the hybrid battery fan replaced.  I've cleaned it a couple times
but recently whenever the fan would kick in it would make a loud buzzing
sound.  It kept getting worse until the fan finally quit working & now the hybrid
system problem message is showing up on my screen.  I'm having trouble
finding the part/part name.  It looks like a pretty easy diy replacement

FYI: the is the fan that sits below the rear passenger seat, directly behind the drivers side seat
