Engine won't start - Immobilizer on?

My new 2013 Civic EX won't start and I'm very confused. I used the spare set of keys (given by dealer master + valet) and now it won't start. Had to leave it in a parking lot last night. Seems the anti-theft immobilizer has been activated. Is there anything I can do other than towing to the dealer?

Sometimes it can be the immobilizer ,Locksmiths have the capability to replace and pair the unit. ‭https://buffalomobilelocksmith.com/

My FOB died last year and my car used to not start unless i held down start button. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNsZBzGvDzs This was from last year when my ex was using it. notice the green light there?
