How do I turn on the navigation system in my 2014 Mazda CX-5?

Asked by Danielle Oct 05, 2018 at 08:00 AM about the 2014 Mazda CX-5 Sport AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from a resale dealership. When I hit the
NAV button, nothing happens, the radio just continues playing. When I asked
the salesman, he said I needed to purchase the subscription for it from
Mazda. I have looked all over the internet and can't find anything. I've never
had a car with this much tech so I don't know how any of this works. I have
to bring it in to Mazda for a recall for the tailgate anyways, so I can ask them
about it then, I just wanted to get some ideas to make sure that I'm not doing
something wrong.
