Mazda CX -5 doesn’t shut off sometimes

I’m going to file a claim with them as soon as I’m
done here! Same thing has happened to my 2014
Mazda CX-5... and lately it is happening more
frequently. Today I had to shut it off and on 10 times
and it still would t go off. Then, perhaps a
coincidence, I took a tissue and wiped the entire
gear shift area to remove any dust particles... it shut
off!!! I’m still reporting this major issue.

I have mazada cx 5 2013. it's not turning off. talked to dealers. they are not taking any action. they want me to pay for diagnosis . Although they knew a lot of people complain that. . very disappointed of their answers.

What's the vin# ? How long have you owned the vehicle for ? If there's a recall for it, you should have been notified of a resolution and you can only take it to a Mazda dealer.
