That sounds like "spark knock" or detonation. The fuel charge is exploding rather than burning progressively. This sudden force on the pistons is not good for the engine. There is a "knock sensor" on these engines that is supposed to prevent that by retarding the timing. If it isn't working, I would think it would set an engine code. Do you have a check engine light going on? In the mean time, catch your gas tank when it's low and fill up with a higher octane. Start with 93 then maybe you can drop back to 89 to save money. Also make sure your are not running low on motor oil.

No, i dont have no ingine light on, it turn on once for like 20 minutes but then turn of, and i did filter and motor change not long ago, but im going to wait and change to 93 and see. Thank you. Whats the name of the sensor if you know??

That part is a Knock Sensor and most engines have them. If it's not working, there should be a check engine light coming on. Wait and see if the increased octane makes the sound stop. If it stops, that would confirm it was a spark knock situation occurring. You might still want to have an auto parts store scan it for free and see if a code was stored.
