Christine went to do is disconnect your battery so you don't blow any fuses while taking a few from bumper, second thing you want to do is jack up the front car take off the tires and look under the wheel well there should be a red button if you can't find that open up the trunk and the spare button is on the right hand side
You will need to raise and support the car on jack stands to start. Then remove both front tires and remove all plastic fasteners and any screws in the wheel-wells and remove the fender splash shields. Be very careful removing the plastic fasteners, because they break easily and are ridiculously expensive at Honda to replace from Honda which is where you will have to get them, since it is extremely hard to find generic replacements that fit properly (my 97 & 2000 had 3 or 4 different types on each car and the replacement cost for them was $4.00 EACH at Honda). You may probably have to remove most or all of any other splash shields under the entire front of the car. (Not sure of this specific year & model) Then you need to see which parts of the grill or front end need to be removed to get to the fasteners along the top edge of the bumper cover. Your best bet would be to buy a Haynes Manual for it. If that isn't available yet, go to alldata.com, and purchase an online subscription for the car and follow the direction in either one. One other word of caution: it seems that all publishers tend to leave out a step or two on almost every procedure, such as one or several hidden fasteners etc., so take your time and check carefully every step of the way. Good luck & let me know how you make out.
