Take it back to the dealer. Your under warranty and if you mess with it, your claim might be denied.

There is a switch above the mirror adjustment knob. Press it down on the left side.

There is a small button next to the mirror adjustment buttons on my (right hand) drivers door. I pressed it and the mirrors opened. I have an MY19 Cerrato Sports + Kate
