2013 Chevy Captiva

Car had had front in rebuilt . Will start and can even
be driven but once u turn it off it won't turn rite back
on. Also a click/pop noise has been heard when you
try to turn it on a second time.

sounds like a collision re set button or some thing , anti theft , take to a technician , it will cost you , or you can trade it in .
