I have a 2005 convertible do they make an after market wind screen that goes between the the front seats and back when the top is down.

The first place I would check would be the Ford dealer, as I believe I have seen these for sale in a Ford parts department. After that, I would check EBay, JC Whitney, and ADvance Auto Parts, for starters. Often times these aftermarket goodies are available through catalogs such as these.
