I've already disconnected the headlight switch and used a automotive electrical tester check for power also the fuses, don't understand why only 6 wires has no power and 3 wires have
A little confused with your problem. Do you have twelve volts present when the fuse is remove and checked with a meter? If not, the problem is within the fuse box or backward toward the battery.
The switch is a multi function switch. All should not have power all the time. You need a schematic of the switch to determine what does what when.
