Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 89 F150. Out driving and truck died.
Towed to house put fuel in it. Will crank but won't
run. Have fuel to fuel rail, but no spark. Replaced
coil and ignition control module. Still nothing.
Would appreciate some imput.
