After replacing the A/C compressor, on an '89 f150 w/ 5.0l engine. What do you do with the hoses?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is this system an integrated heater/ a/c hose system?  How do I bypass the A/c and keep the heater working?  I am replacing the a/c compressor with a pulley.

The heat is separate from the ac for what you are doing, just put the pulley on and go with it.
