I have a 1984 F250 with Floor shift 4 with granny Can I use same tranny from a 1989 F250?

I forgo to add that My truck is a 4x4, and also can I use the Steering column from the 89 F250 4x4 in My 84 F250 4x4? Thanks in Advance.

It is the same tranny and will work with the 4 wheel drive,and yes the steering column will fit all so.
