What color should I paint my truck

I have a 1988 ford ranger Extended cab regular bed 4x4.  I'm doing a lot of
cosmetic work to it right now, not gonna do it perfect because I do plan on
taking my truck offroading and beating it but I don't want it to look like a patch
panel pos or give it some paint job making it look like an old man's car.  Any
ideas?

If you're going to off-road it you could paint it with rattle can bedliner, it comes out a textured matte black that hides imperfections well and you could always touch up dings and scratches before you hit the road again!
