Why is my truck stalling

I have a 1989 ford ranger 4cyl it
runs good but every now an then
at low speeds or changing gears
tha truck stalls out it's like
someone turns key off u can pop
clutch or restart it by key an it will
start rite back up any clues what
this could be?

CHECK THE IGNITION MODULE WIRING AND GROUND SCREW THAT BOLTS ON THE MODULE. IGNITION MODULE AND CRANK SENSOR WIRING CAUSE STUPID ISSUES ON 2.3 RANGERS. I OWN A 90 2.3 RANGER AND ALSO 23 YEAR AUTO,DIESEL TECH. MY GMAIL: borntech1978.1@gmail.com
