My 1997 geo prism didn't pass smog, oil light is on? And my car smells like gas everyday, what can be the problem? Thanks

I have managed to pull from Toyotas of the same year at the local yard but the hatchback has made this part rare.

this morning my 1994 geo prizm did not start, all the time it was working verry good. some one told me it is the starter silinoid and i installed a new one and yet it dont start, but when i jump it with a screw driver it starts right away. it also start when i put 12 volts on the single little wire that enters into the silinoid. do any one knows why it would not starts from the key. 1 Answer
