no oil pressure

i broke an oil line driveing my 1988 chevy s10. i fixed the broken line but still
dont have oil pressure?

Do you think there is air in the line? Never use the gage on the dash as final determination. If you haven't already, use an analog gage in place of oil pressure sensor/switch to double check oil pressure. 2.8L engine, warmed up, minimum, 6 psi at idle. You might check the wiring for that sending unit. Is it one wire or two? I don't have a good wiring diagram for this?
