1985 el camino

1985 el camino, I have trouble after i start the car it
shuts out, but when I push gas it stays on.
Carburetor was rebuilt, new battery, new air filter,
tune up done all sparks, new alternator belt....still
same problem, also I noticed AC only blows on
defrost since the whole tune up.Where else I can
look?

Sounds like choke not even hooked up, could be jets, timing, ignition not firing, might not have grounded making enough contact, did you change original wiring of car and go simple with using a carb or up leave all those mid 80s luxury upgrades hooked up and just unhook what not needed! If so sensor killing you soon as she’s taking a deep breath
