03 taurus electrical problems

Ive been hitting alot of potholes or
bad streets and the other day i hit a
pothole and my radio, power
windows, lock buttons, trunk button,
roof lights and speedometer doesnt
work. What could that be?

Also the airbag and highbeam light is on. The highbeam icon shows even when the lights are off.
