2003 ford taurus I had recharge my battery, the car sat all winter without being started and the guy put lube grease on the post and battery cable ends will this cause my windows not to function?

the car has sat all winter without being started and had someone charge battery overnight
and he put Lube Grease on top post of battery and on the battery cable ends will this
cause my power windows not to work? the drivers side worked for a few minutes and then
quit working all together after about 10 minutes of driving it once the battery was put in.

Should have no effect on your windows. Have someone check the fuse for your power windows. Hopefully, that's the problem. There are also power window relays tucked up under the dash by the steering wheel. Those could be bad also.
