Taurus 2003 coughing and choking at startup

My Taurus 2003 cough and chocke at startup once
in a while. Then it stops. After one hours starts
again and run normal for weeks. Any hints?

I scanned for codes even though the car is running now: P1336. Engine light went on yesterday after misfiring. Turn OFF the engine and turn ON again and started fine even if the light stayed ON.
