I have a 2003 taurus that won't start

car was running ruff then quit running. 4 codes p0305 and p0306 cylinder 5 & 6 misfire.
p0316 misfire on start. p1151 undefined lack of H02S21 switches/ sensor , lean
I put new plug wires and plugs and still it won't start
I spray a little starting fluid and got a very small ignition but no engine running time at all

The fuel pump is located under your backseat you cant access it from there but, what u could do is put your ear against the back seat around the middle of the seat, have someone turn the key on and off a listen for the fuel pump, they are quite loud with your ear that close, if you dont hear anything chances are it is fuel pump, there is a fuel pump relay in the front under the hood in your fuse box, however with all the miss fire codes u were getting and the fact that it wont run now, tells me its the fuel pump, low fuel preasure can cause misfires, it has happened to me.
Thank You, I removed the tank and replaced the fuel pump. I also replaced the fuel filter. The car started right up. It took a few miles for the engine to stop running rough ( less than 10). I had to clear the misfire codes again. now it is running OK
