2003 ford Taurus 24 valves runs hot the cooling fans is not running could it be the fuses for both fans if so where are these fuses located

It should have only on fuse for the fans, it could be bad fuse or the fans could be bad, There is also a sensor that turns on the fans when it comes up to temp, this could be faulty.. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100929160654AA8qBN1

Its a black square relay switch somti.es located in fuse box under hood and some are located on the firewall somewhere
