What could be causing my car not to start when the battery is good? it will start after sitting for a few hours.

My car has started not restarting after I have turned it off after driving it. What could be causing this?

Not a very detailed question... Perhaps your starter is bad. What do you do to get it to initially start?

let the car sit for a few hours, then it starts. also checked the battery and battery is strong.

Crazy as it sounds my 2006 ford taurus did the same thing. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not. Its the starter. Never did drag or do anything to make you think of a starter as an option. Runs as good as new again. Hope this helps.
