Why does my truck ding and then the gauge light comes on then goes away. Every time I make a sharp right turn.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My truck makes a ding everytime I make a sharp right turn
or sometimes after every 15 minutes. Could my negative
terminal and ground wire cause it to do that because my
negative battery terminal and the wires that connect don't
have a good connection. I just need a answer please

most likely yes, but that is dangerous if you do not have good battery connection, you can lose control to your steering, it could lock up and then you would not be able to steer your car. Pls fix that for your safety and other people on the road.
