What you did was put down a deposit with the selling Dealer, not Cargurus. Cargurus doesn't sell vehicles. If, by putting down the deposit, you entered into a good faith agreement to buy the vehicle, your deposit money is most likely gone. Read the terms and conditions of the agreement. Some States have a cooling off period law that allows you to withdraw your offer within a certain amount of time on a major purchase such as a vehicle or home. If this was going to be a long distance purchase the laws where the vehicle and selling Dealer are apply. Not the laws where you are. Good luck to you with this! Jim
