my 2014 Ford Escape I drive to work 5 days about 100 miles a day mostly highway miles is this ok

Yes. Highway miles are generally better for a vehicle. There is less wear and tear when the car is cruising down the road vs. stopping and starting all the time. Keep your tires properly aired up and use the cruise control when possible.
