just did a timing kit on my 2002 wrx. won't start and spits and sputs. any ideas? belt seemed to be all lined up.really at my wits ends. Help. thanks.

car won't start after timing belt kit installed.  marks were all lined up . could maybe drivers side cams be off by 180 degrees?  I don't know.  it spits and sputs but no bad noises.    Please give me some ideas.      thank you Vic
