I know this is a mustang club but there is a 2004 Subaru wrx for sale for cheap, everything runs fine with no problems at the moment. Now the only downside is that it has 199k miles on it.

If it has been well maintained the mileage shouldnt be a problem. Subarus are pretty reliable cars so long as they are taken care of mechanically. However if you have any illusions whatever of taking care of this car yourself you might want to reconsider... Those commercials mean it when they say "love is what make a subaru a subaru". If you dont love your subaru then the first time you have to do some kind of major work you will want it gone. Theyre a pain in the ass to work on.
You could have chosen any other post and that might have had SOME connection... Instead you chose this one where even an idiot could tell you are just a spammer. Come on man!
no this is not just a mustang club,it is a Q & A for all makes of cars, trucks.theese are usually great cars,199 K miles is ok if road miles and has been maintened regurally, but when you say cheap,I would be weary of it.
as for ur question about the emmisions test if ur state does what arizona and california does then u should be fine as long as the mil is on but if the mil is on it wont pass and i say that because most states will take the word of obd2 and not continue to stick a sniffer in the tailpipe
