My running lights won't turn off, why?

What makes you think it's a bad switch TST? Rad123, any chance you hit the switch on top of the steering column? It turns on your running lights and was required for UK-ish regulations, I believe. Check out: http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-c3468_ds577751
