Possible damage

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have found a 2011 wrx for sale and am really
keen on the idea of purchasing it, however, I
currently own a 2010 impreza 2.0R and
encountered a costly differential repair. I just want
to know if anyone knows what I could look for in
the new car to make sure I don't experience the
same fate. Thank you

Have a mechanic check it out. I would not buy the WRX if it has had ANY modifications at all. Most WRX cars have been used and abused by boy racers.
