Crown Vic police edition

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have just recently bought a new battery and
spark plug connectors my old ones were
corroded... And my car still won't  start all
the lights are working...my horn does not
work (broken before my car stopped
working). My car won't even attempt to turn
over  what could be the possibilities?.. I'm
thinking about alternator and starter.

Your starter is where you should start. Try two LIGHT taps on the starter with a hammer. Then turn it over. IF this works then you may want to change it out.
