OK first hunt down the coolant leak - check all your hoses and fittings to the radiator. Check the thermostat housing for cracks. Check the heater hoses as well. Then check the radiator and water pump area. If you have coolant sitting on top of the engine, my guess is you may have a pinhole leak in a hose, and it is spraying over the engine - this in addition to whatever major coolant leak you have that dumps coolant out 'fast.' The oil leak is a separate issue, and again, you will have to hunt down just what is leaking. Common sources of oil leaks - valve covers, oil pan gaskets, rear main seal. I'd also check the head gaskets, but that will take someone with a trained eye.
