Asked by CVPIguy59 May 17, 2021 at 04:02 PM about the 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

On a scan tool it shows my temp  goes from 170 degrees up to 203 then drops when the fan comes on, and the gauge dont move from the middle  , that is on my 2006 Crown Vic , On my 2011CVPI it does the same thing but the gauge rises a little upwards  but the fan dont come on Is this the Normal temp range 170 to 203 ? and is my temp sending unit bad in the 2011 for the fan not to come on ?

203 is good. It should have a 195 degree thermostat.
