Will also 2001 crown victoria motor (police interceptor ) drop right in 1999 crown victoria body with no problems.

The engine or transmission with it, the police interceptors have a different drivetrain and transmission then the stock version, if you were to replace a police interceptor transmission with a stock, you would need the drivetrain from the stock aswell, as for the engine itself i am unsure of, not sure if this helps but i tried
