Brake lghts

2004 crown Vic stopped coming out of park
and I’ve checked the switch it’s good the
power to it’s good no fuses blown and I also
don’t have any brake lights  also unplug the
shifting solenoid and now I can get it out of
park but now brake lights

I had a broke shifter cable on my 2000 crown vic. Crawl underneath and check where the cable attaches to the tranny and investigate the bracket where it connects.
