Why do the ABS and Brake light come on and stay on after my 2004 Crown Victoria idles for a few minutes? When i turn the car off and start it back up its fine but after idleing for a few minutes, they will come back on and stay on. Also, the vehicle is making a jake brake noise which is coming from the air filter. It does it when idleing and when i pull off the gas peddle while driving. whats that about? 2 Answers

I have an 83 Ford LTD Crown Victoria. The fuel pump stays running when the key is on. Is this normal? The car will not start. There is pressure at the injectors and power at the injectors but no fuel comes out. If I dump gas on the carburetor, it will start but won't stay running. What do I do to fix this? 18 Answers
