Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I want swap a 2009 Crown Vic trans with a 2006 Crown vic trans. The only
difference I see is, the connectors inside of the valve bodies. The 2009 has a
wire type harness inside the valve body and 2006 has a plastic strip that's
connected to three different sensors. My question is, if I switch the 2009 wire
with the 2006 plastic strip will the computer perform its shifts, as if its a 2009
trans?

I would not take the chance when the electrical connectors are different. Chances are it will not work correctly.
