Crown victoria p7b no heater with remote starter.

Have a 2010 crown victoria p7b interceptor . Had a 2 way remote starter put in .
Heater only comes on with the key in the on position . No key in ignition , no
heat with the remote start . Yes , i left the heater control on low . Its not a fuse ,
cause it works with the key . Took the fools over 6 hours ..... they couldnt even
get the remote to open the trunk . Lights dont even come on with remote start,
no flash of the lights or horn chirp when locking or unlocking the doors ...... 500
bucks and cant get into a warm car .... gotta go back and maybe spend 6 more
hours there.., god help me .
