Try this: From inside the vehicle manually lock all the doors except the drivers door, exit the vehicle and using the key manually lock the drivers door, wait until the dome light goed out or if you can't see the dome light wait 5 minutes, then using the key unlock the drivers door and see if the vehicle will start and run. If it does it has been reset, if not then it time for the dealer to get involved, they may need to re-flash the system. To prevent this next time get a OBD saver tool, it plug into the OBD port and using an external power source keep all the setting alive. I have one that is powered by a motorcycle battery and can keep everything alive for days. I have even replaced an engine with it hooked up and didn't loose a thing.
