Car wont turn over (wants to)

i just replaced mt spark plugs NGK (gaped at .054) new NGK Spark plug
wires, and NGK ignition coil pack i did find that my PVC valve was dead one
end was tapped up by previous owner so that peeled off im going to get
another today but i tried to start car it wanted to turn over but it wont and
makes a wooping sound also smoke came out the PVC hose so i took it
off,any ideas why it wont turn over i would think if im updating the old with
new it would star running better i even put in new air filter for engine and
cabin...thx will update after this egr pvc hose is replaced later today

Update well we have had some real cold nights like 17 degrees for like 3 days so last night I took my computer plug off and found moisture on the plug so I sprayed it with electronic cleaner going to put it in today see if it dried out, it's been much warmer, hope this fixes it..
