Headlights not working

Asked by Shanon Jul 12, 2023 at 07:27 PM about the 2014 Chevrolet Traverse LS AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Both left and right, high and low headlights
are not working. Checked mini fuses and
relays, all are good. Don’t mind replacing
bulbs, but thought it kinda weird all would go.

Any suggestions?

Battery froze in the winter and had problems
after that.

Did you check for both low and high beam power at the sockets as well as the grounds. one bad ground can kill the entire light system. I have also seen dimmer switches get stuck between the high and low setting causing both headlights to stop working.
