My 2006 GMC Envoy wont start at all, i can turn the key on and try to crank it but nothing, the dashlights come on,radio works and i know the battery its new, and its not the starter because it was tested and it cracks. I don't know what it could be.

Try putting gear selector in neutral then try to start vehicle. Does it start?

No, it still won't start. Dash and headlights come on.

I have a 2006 gmc envoy and my dash light come on but won't start now it dead no dashlights nothing tried jumping it still won't start but it started this morning got to gas station and wouldn't start since now everything is dead in it what could it be

I am having same problem. New ignitiin swhich. All electrical works. Could it be a spark plug issue?

Lots of people post. but don't want to give the answer. If you have a 2006 GMC Envoy. Go to your fuse box under the hood. Relay number 57, is not getting power. You sometimes let it cool. And then it start. Don't put your fuse box apart. Just open the relay(57 look in your manual), Squeeze it and have someone start the truck if it does start. Guess what, you have a broken wire. It's the not the ignition switch either. Hope this helps
