What can I do? For the second time

Like six months ago my car was dead from one
day to the other, I jumped started and it would
struggle to start up for about a week then took it to
the dealer and they said it was the battery they
replaced it due to the warranty now the warranty is
over and it died for the second time I took it to the
O'Reilly's to get the battery

Ok that's a little better. Here's what you do! Jump your car bring it to AutoZone or advanced discount have them run a diagnostic to see if your alternator is good and then if it's your battery replace it with a lifetime battery which is a little costly. Gel type is better tho
