Desperate Need for Help from Subaru Guru

I really screwed up. Not only did I accidentally drain CVT instead of oil, I added 5 qts of oil, ran twice for 30 seconds before realizing. Drained and replaced oil, replaced 4 qts of CVT fluid, even though five came out. Worried about all that oil even though it only ran for 1 minute with too much.
You should be alright today's lubricants tend to stick to parts than older oils, it can't be as bad as a bunch of cold/dry starts
Do the flush! I would have a Subaru dealer do this one. I would also have the car Towed to the shop!
