I have a 2014 GMC Terrain. The rear lift gate opens, but won't stay open. After a minute or so it will slowly start closing. Back out of the way and it closes completely, and latches. It is a power type. What do i need to check or replace. The right is a shock type, the left has the power actuator attached. Is there a way to test which shock or whatever is defective? I have order replacement lift support kit #SG230177, (says for w/power lift) and both are the same. Help! 2 Answers
