2 keys fobs, one works fine the other doesn't? the no key indicator light
comes on?
Most likely the second key is not "paired" to the car, any local ford dealership can pair the keys back to your focus. Make sure you bring both keys with the car, when you pair keys it wipes out all old keys (to prevent theft).

Place the key in the back up slot if it works to start the car from the back up slot... then I is programmed... then u should check the battery make sure it's good in the key fob
